Like a shadow. He jumped down. The sky was of a burning red and orange, as if the sun was bleeding. Not a single silver-lined cloud. He grasped for air and looked at the river in front of him. Flowing so nicely… The liquid almost appearing like a mirror. The world was frozen in time at this place. Purity and silence awaiting. So beautiful, he thought and bent down. He picked up a single black stone from the ground. Clean and glossy. He looked up to the small wooden bridge on which balustrade he had jumped down on the river bank. He folded his arms behind his back, whistling a charming melody. Some birds answered with chirps and cheeps. A moderate breeze caressed his face. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the warm sun on his face when he threw his head back. This place was like paradise. So pure and quiet.
His very own place. He laughed happily and let himself fell down onto the bank, resting on the frigid grass. “My very own paradise!”, he shouted out loud and with a rustle some scared birds flew up into the sky.
